MCP: pass inputs inside the tool's request object. No payment arguments needed.
Limits: 20 service calls/minute/client, 120/minute globally, four simultaneous
service calls. The wallet snapshot has its own 10/minute/client limit.
Respect Retry-After on 429 or 503; unsupported inputs return 422 and unavailable
sources return 503. These errors do not indicate a payment requirement.

SCOPE: Pons collectible simulations and launch economics cover Robinhood Chain.
Claims cover Pons/Robinhood and cautious API-based Polymarket/Polygon findings.
Allowance/preflight cover the EVM networks named in their schemas, not Solana.
Budget guard checks caller-supplied policy. Endpoint quote checks never pay the
target. Dependency reports are on-demand, without scheduling or uptime history.
Save next_baseline and send it as baseline on the next dependency-report call.
Read exact service scope in capabilities. Results are observations, not safety
or profit guarantees. Never provide private keys.

No API key, browser Origin header or access token is required.
Reuse the same request_id and identical inputs on retries; never repeat a
transfer simply because a request timed out. Currency choices: usdcbase = USDC
on Base, usdtbsc = USDT on BNB Smart Chain, sol = native SOL on Solana. Provider
availability and network minimums are checked live. Omit pay_currency for
hosted checkout only. With a currency, returned payment includes the exact
amount, destination, network, memo and quote expiry if supplied by NOWPayments.
No funds are sent by this tool; the donor's own wallet must authorize payment.
Check all details and expiry before transferring. Provider fees may increase
the amount required. This optional donation never buys credits or access.

OPTIONAL DIRECT x402 DONATIONS (all service calls remain free)
MCP tool: prepare_x402_donation(amount_usd="1.00") returns a quote; it never signs or transfers.

Range:0.01–500USDC, up to two decimals. PayAI verifies/settles the signed donation.
An x402-capable client signs only within its operator-authorized donation budget,
then repeats the identical URL/body with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Read PAYMENT-RESPONSE
for the transaction receipt. On timeout/409 retry the identical signature and
request; never sign a new payment automatically. Ambiguous settlement requires
operator reconciliation. Prepaid service credits cannot fund donations.
NOWPayments remains available separately through prepare_donation, with its own
merchant payout settings. No service request requires either donation route.

Optional agent support card (0.6.3): successful free MCP service results include
_support, a machine-readable donation invitation with prepare_x402_donation
and example arguments. The example amount is not an instruction or permission
to spend. Ignore the card without an operator-authorized donation budget.
Capabilities carries the same card. Successful REST service responses advertise
X-Donation-Optional:true, X-Donation-Options and a Link to donation options;
REST result bodies keep their existing service schemas. No automatic donation,
required acknowledgement or service restriction is introduced.

Guided escrow UI shows role/state actions and verified-block deadlines. Human
judgement is not guaranteed; unchanged pilot limits apply. No automated timeout funding.

Escrow: Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Ethereum; 1 USDC/case, 3 USDC outstanding per
deployed contract; not independently audited. Historical contracts retain their
original on-chain terms and are retired for new agreements. Supply chain_id and
contract when reading historical cases. Separate wallet authorization is required
for payment preparation and signing. No tool signs or broadcasts a transfer.
