After a successful burn, complete the same transfer on the destination network. Vino cannot cancel the burn or refund it. This is separate from escrow.

Save the transfer ID and both hashes. A pending source burn or attestation is not an instruction to send again. If a mint transaction fails, verify that failure before reviewing another mint of the same message. A successful burn has no automatic refund; finish delivery to the agreed recipient. Circle or network outages can delay completion.
